All orders are final and quality checked before shipping. Refunds will be processed only incase the print received was damaged. In case you received a damaged print, please raise a ticket at [email protected]. Kindly share the photograph/video of the damaged print within 72 hours of the delivery, if found correct the refund will be processed and refunded to the customer’s bank account/credit card within 5-7 working days after receiving the print back. We reserve to right to cancel a refund in case the proof of damaged print is deemed insufficient or inaccurate or unacceptable. The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
